Use
Butyl Glycol Acetate has excellent solvent power. 2-Butoxyethyl acetate is an acetate-type ester and solvent of high-boiling point and multi-functional group.
In the coatings industry, Butyl Glycol Acetate can improve the gloss and flow of coatings baked at temperatures of 150-200ºC. it is as jet-ink solvent and coalescing reagent for emulsion paint.
Due to excellent solubility, Butyl Glycol Acetate has wide uses in colorful paint or emulsion paint.
2-Butoxyethyl acetate is a solvent for the metal, furniture spray paint, such as urethane finishes, film coalescing aid for polyvinyl latex acetate.
It is a component in flexographic, gravure, and screen-printing inks. Since its slow evaporation rate, it makes an ideal solvent in specialty printing inks.
Besides, Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether acetate has wide use in protective paint, dyestuff, resin, leather, cleanser formula of metal hard surface and glass.
